India New Issue-ICICI Securities to issue 1-year CP - traders

MUMBAI, March 13 (Reuters) - India's ICICI Securities Ltd plans to raise funds by selling commercial papers maturing in one year, three merchant bankers said on Monday.


The company will offer a yield of 8.10% on this issue and has received commitments worth around 1.50 billion rupees ($18.3 million) so far, the bankers said. The notes are rated A1+ by Crisil.
