Med crude-Urals diffs steady, Novorossiisk resumed oil loadings after storm

MOSCOW, March 14 (Reuters) - Russian Urals crude differentials kept steady on Tuesday, while March loading cargoes clear smoothly amid healthy demand for the grade in Asia, traders said.
* Russia's Black Sea port of Novorossiisk resumed oil loadings on March 14 after a storm.
* Kazakhstan plans to ship 20,000 tonnes of crude to Germany this month via the Russian Druzhba pipeline and the same volume in April. PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC Blend in the Platts window on Tuesday, traders said. NEWS


* Russia's offline primary oil refining capacity has been revised up by 78% for March from the previous plan to 1.684 million tonnes, according to data from industry sources and Reuters calculations.
