OTTAWA, March 15 (Reuters) - Canadian home sales rose
2.3% in February from January and were down 40% on an annual
basis, data from the Canadian Real Estate Association showed on
Wednesday.
The industry group's Home Price Index edged down 1.1% on the
month and was down 15.8% annually, while the national average
selling price was down 18.9% on the year.
