India New Issue-Edel Finance to issue over 1-year bonds - traders

MUMBAI, March 15 (Reuters) - India's Edel Finance plans to raise 1.75 billion rupees ($21.15 million) selling bonds maturing in one year and 12 days, three merchant bankers said on Wednesday.


The company has invited bids from bankers and investors on Thursday, they said. The bonds are rated AA by CRISIL, and the issue will be settled on Friday. ($1 = 82.7570 Indian rupees) (Reporting by Dharamraj Dhutia; Editing by Shailesh Kuber)
