DUBAI, March 16 (Reuters) - Efforts by the Organization
of Petroleum Exporting Countries and their allies, known as
OPEC+, to stabilize oil markets through a unanimously agreed
production cut were wise, Kuwait's oil minister Bader al Mulla
told state news agency (KUNA) said on Thursday.
Legislation that could destabilize energy markets and lower
investments should be avoided, Mulla added without specifying
further.
