March 16 (Reuters) - Russia's MMK said on
Thursday it was unlikely to consider paying dividends until at
least the end of this year, as it focuses instead on an
investment programme it sees at 50 billion roubles ($654
million) in 2023, the Interfax news outlet reported citing main
shareholder Viktor Rashnikov.
