SANTANDER Santander Consumer USA on Wednesday postponed the sale of bonds worth $942 million that are backed by subprime auto loans as the deepening Credit Suisse Group AG crisis added to turmoil in debt markets, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday. IBERDROLA Iberdrola said on Wednesday it signed 200 mln euro framework agreement with Haizea Wind Group for East Anglia Three. MEDIASET ESPAÑA The company said on Wednesday its shareholders approved the cross-border merger by absorption of Mediaset Espana by its parent company MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. . NATURHOUSE HEALTH The company said on Wednesday it appointed Raffaello Pellegrini as new general director. INDITEX Credit Suisse raised its target price to 26 euros from 25 euros. JP Morgan raised its target price to 34 euros from 31 euros. VIDRALA Jefferies raised its recommendation on the company's shares to hold from underperform and raised its target price to 95 euros from 74 euros.
