UPDATE 1-Czech 2022 current account deficit revised to 415.3 bln crowns

(Adds revision of 2022 deficit) PRAGUE, March 16 (Reuters) - The Czech current account deficit in 2022 was revised to 415.3 billion Czech crowns, from a previously stated gap of 380.1 billion Czech crowns, Czech National Bank data showed on Thursday. Already, the original figure represented a record gap.


In January, the current account showed a surplus of 12.7 billion crowns ($562.42 million). Analysts polled by Reuters had forecast a surplus of 14.2 billion crowns after a 7.77 billion crown deficit in the previous month.
