TASHKENT, March 16 (Reuters) - Uzbekistan's central bank
cut its policy rate to 14% from 15% on Thursday, saying
inflation was beginning to decelerate while tough external
monetary conditions were putting pressure on economic activity.
The bank said it would next review the rate on April 27.
