plans to raise 7 billion rupees ($84.9 million) through reissue
of zero-coupon May 2025 bonds, two merchant bankers said on
Friday.
The company has invited bids from bankers and investors for
the issue on Monday, they said.
The bonds carry a call and put option on Sept. 13, 2024.
The bonds are rated AA by ICRA and the issue will be settled
later next week.
Earlier this week, the company had raised 2.55 billion
rupees through zero-coupon bonds maturing in May 2025 at a yield
of 7.65%.
