ERDOGAN MEETS FINNISH COUNTERPART Finnish President Sauli Niinisto visits Turkey for talks with President Tayyip Erdogan amid expectations that the Turkish parliament will ratify Finland's NATO accession bid before it goes into pre-election recess in mid-April.
