ANKARA, March 17 (Reuters) - Here are news, reports and events that may affect Turkish financial markets on Friday. The lira stood at 19.0015 against the dollar at 0415 GMT, unchanged from its close on Thursday. The main BIST 100 share index closed 2.11% higher at 5,229.58 points on Thursday.


GLOBAL MARKETS Asian markets extended a risk rally on Wall Street on Friday to end a tumultuous week that saw a brewing banking crisis send bond yields plunging while market participants sharply lowered expectations of future interest rate hikes in Western economies.


ERDOGAN MEETS FINNISH COUNTERPART Finnish President Sauli Niinisto visits Turkey for talks with President Tayyip Erdogan amid expectations that the Turkish parliament will ratify Finland's NATO accession bid before it goes into pre-election recess in mid-April. Erdogan and Niinisto will hold a joint news conference after their talks. (1345 GMT)


OPPOSITION PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE Kemal Kilicdaroglu, head of the main opposition CHP and the presidential candidate, will meet the heads of two small right-wing parties (0700 GMT).


BLACK SEA GRAIN DEAL The United Nations backed Turkey and Ukraine on Thursday by calling for a 120-day rollover of an agreement allowing the safe export of grain from several Ukrainian Black Sea ports after Russia said it would only extend the pact for 60 days.


AK PARTY ELECTION MANIFESTO The draft election manifesto of Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan's AK Party marks a return to more orthodox, free market economic policies, four sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.


CENTRAL BANK SURVEY The central bank will release its monthly survey of market participants' expectations for the economy (0700 GMT).
