Romania sells 400 mln lei of Nov 2024 bonds and 883 mln lei of April 2030 bonds

March 20 (Reuters) - Romania's finance ministry sold a planned 400.0 million lei ($87.17 million) worth of November 2024 bonds and a more than planned 883.0 million lei ($192.42 million) worth of April 2030 bonds on Monday, at an average accepted yield of 6.86% and 7.32% respectively central bank data showed. Debt managers, who had planned to sell 400.0 million lei of the November 2024 paper, last tendered them in February at an average yield of 7.02%. They also planned to sell 400.0 million lei of the April 2030 paper. Romania last tendered similar bonds in February at an average yield of 7.62%.
