Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on March 20

TELEFONICA Telefonica's British subsidiary Virgin Media O2 is considering a takeover bid for the British broadband services company, CityFibre, which could be worth up to 3 billion pounds ($3.65 billion), newspaper Expansion reported.

RED ELECTRICA The Spanish electricity system operator will invest 10 million euros ($10.67 million) to renovate the Abrera electrical substation to reinforce electricity supply to the car manufacturer Seat in Barcelona, newspaper Expansion said on Monday.
