PARIS, March 21 (Reuters) - France started tapping into
its strategic fuel reserves, the government said on Tuesday,
amid strikes by workers at refineries and depots that have
stunted production and blocked deliveries.
"The ministry has been ensuring the release of strategic
reserves in a targeted way since the start of March," the energy
ministry told reporters on Tuesday.
