FRANKFURT, March 21 (Reuters) - Euro zone banks' funding
and liquidity positions "were not materially affected" by the
collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and a crisis at Credit Suisse,
the European Central Bank's top supervisor Andrea Enria said on
Tuesday.
He added banks that did see deposit outflows had "succeeded
in maintaining their levels of excess liquidity ... mostly by
issuing debt securities".
