UK's Vistry says housing market conditions improving

March 22 (Reuters) - UK homebuilder Vistry Group Plc said on Wednesday market conditions were improving in the housing sector, as it reported a 21% rise in annual profit to beat market expectations. The FTSE midcap builder said adjusted pre-tax profit was 418.4 million pounds ($511.83 million) for the year ended Dec. 31, compared with Refinitiv Eikon average analysts' estimate of 411.1 million pounds.
