LONDON, March 23 (Reuters) - The Bank of England may need to raise interest rates further than their new level of 4.25%, BoE Governor Andrew Bailey said on Thursday. "We don't know whether it's going to be the peak," Bailey told broadcasters when asked about the BoE's latest quarter-point interest rate increase. "What I can tell you is that we've seen signs of inflation really peaking now. But of course it's far too high.... We need to see it starting to come down progressively and get back to target," he added. (Reporting by David Milliken and Muvija M Editing by William Schomberg)
