(Adds Sacyr, Manchester United) March 23 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1600 ET on Thursday:


** Spanish engineering firm Sacyr has received 15 offers for its two facilities and environmental services units, a person familiar with the talks told Reuters on Thursday.
** Finnish entrepreneur Thomas Zilliacus has placed a bid for Manchester United and is willing to pay a premium for the English soccer club, the former Nokia executive told Reuters on Thursday.
** Norway's $1.3 trillion sovereign wealth fund, one of the world's largest investors, said it had agreed to buy a 16.6% stake in the 960 megawatt He Dreiht offshore wind farm project in the German North Sea.
** London-listed investment banks Cenkos Securities and finnCap Group will merge in an all-stock deal to create one of the UK's biggest financial services advisory firms focused on small-cap growth companies, they said.
** French investment firm Ardian is in the early stages of exploring a bid for Italy's INWIT , the country's top telecommunications tower operator with a market value of 11 billion euros ($12 billion), according to people familiar with the matter.
** Toshiba Corp's board accepted a $15 billion buyout offer from a group led by private equity firm Japan Industrial Partners, the Nikkei business daily reported, potentially drawing a line under years of upheaval for the company.
** Indian billionaire Anil Agarwal-led Vedanta Ltd called talks of any stake sale in the mining major "untrue and baseless", after a media report said the tycoon was weighing selling less than 5% stake in the company.
** Australia's Core Lithium Ltd said it agreed to sell additional spodumene concentrate to Chinese chemicals firm Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group Co Ltd , a supplier to the electric vehicle (EV) battery industry.
** Chile-based low-cost carrier JetSMART said it was no longer interested in buying Colombia's Ultra Air, but it would still pursue a license to set up its own domestic airline based in Colombia.
** Poland's biggest copper producer KGHM Polska Miedz is thinking about acquisitions in the renewable energy sector this year, Chief Financial Officer Mateusz Wodejko told a press conference.
** BP is considering buying the remaining 50% stake in Lightsource BP (LSBP), its solar power joint venture, as part of the British giant's drive to build up its renewable energy capacity, three industry and company sources said.
