LONDON, March 23 (Reuters) - North Sea crude output will decline in April from March, loading programmes showed on Thursday, while crude differentials were steady after a lack of activity in the Platts window.

APRIL PROGRAMMES
* North Sea oil output in April will average 1.79 million barrels per day, down 4.3% from March, according to Reuters calculations based on loading programmes provided by trade sources.

PLATTS WINDOW
* Indications are on a free-on-board (FOB) basis unless marked as cost, insurance and freight (CIF) or delivered at place (DAP).
* No bids, offers or deals, a trade source said.
* Troll remains the cheapest benchmark grade after being offered at dated Brent plus $2.60 on Wednesday, when adjusting for the $2.86 Platts quality premium.
