SANTANDER The bank said on Wednesday it raised its prime rate from 7.75% to 8.0%. IBERDROLA The company said on Wednesday it plans to invest 30 billion reais, approximately 5.3 billion euros, over the next three years in Brazil. TELEFONICA The company said on Wednesday it teamed up with Qwilt to set up infrastructure to supply content in Spain. ENDESA The company said on Wednesday it will carry out temporary share buy-back programme equivalent to about 0.09% of the total number of Endesa shares. ACS The company said on Wednesday its U.S. unit Turner Construction was awarded a contract to build new medical pavilion at Institute Square in Florida. ATRESMEDIA The TV group bought Waynabox, a Spanish travel agency specialized in surprise and gift trips, Spanish newspaper Cinco Dias reported on Thursday.
