India New Issue-HDFC Credila Financial to issue 5-year bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, March 24 (Reuters) - India's HDFC Credila Financial Services plans to raise 3 billion Indian rupees ($36.42 million) selling bonds maturing in five years, three merchant bankers said on Friday.


The company will pay an annual coupon of 8.25% on the issue and it has invited bids from bankers and investors on Tuesday, they said. The bonds are rated AAA by CRISIL and CARE Ratings and will be settled next week. In January, HDFC Credila raised 2 billion rupees through perpetual bonds at an annual coupon of 8.15%, and this issue had call option at end of 10 years.
