Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on March 24

March 24 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

ENDESA Endesa said it will propose a gross dividend of 1.5854 euros per share. ACS The company said on Thursday it modified the share buy-back programme for up to 553.5 million euros ($599.44 million). Separately, it reported it reduced its share capital through the redemption of own shares for 3.0 million euros. SACYR Spanish engineering firm Sacyr has received 15 offers for its two facilities and environmental services units in a divestment process that the company plans to complete this year, a person familiar with the talks told Reuters on Thursday. ATRESMEDIA The company said it will propose to pay a supplementary dividend of 0.22 euros per share. TALGO The Spanish rolling stock manufacturer has agreed with Egypt to make 100 trains and set up a plant of about 90,000 square metres, some 115 kilometres (71.46 miles) south of Cairo, Spanish news website El Economista said on Friday.
