India New Issue-Avanse Financial to issue over 3-year bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, March 27 (Reuters) - India's Avanse Financial Services plans to raise at least 500 million rupees ($6.07 million) by selling bonds maturing in three years and three months, two merchant bankers said on Monday. The non-banking financial company will pay an annual coupon of 9.65% to investors of the issue and has invited commitment bids from bankers and investors on Tuesday, they added.


The bonds are rated A+ by CARE Ratings, and the issue will close for subscription later this week. In January, the company raised 1 billion rupees for bonds maturing in three years at an annual coupon of 9.25%. ($1 = 82.3350 Indian rupees) (Reporting by Bhakti Tambe)
