ADP , AIR FRANCE-KLM : France's DGAC civil aviation authority on Friday asked airlines to cancel planned flights from Paris-Orly airport by 20% due to strike against the French government's plans to raise the French retirement age.


FRANCE/POLITICS: French Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne plans to meet with opposition leaders and trade unions in the hope of ending weeks of protests against a new pension law, her office said on Sunday.


EQUANSENS : The group said on Friday its annual net profit had increased by 18.35% to 48.70 million euros.

LAGARDERE : A U.S. judge has ruled that an online library operated by the nonprofit organization Internet Archive infringed the copyrights of four major publishers, including Lagardere SCA's Hachette Book Group, by lending out digitally scanned copies of their books.

LANSON BCC : The group on Friday said it had entered into an agreement with FIAG Holding for the takeover in two blocks of its entire interest in Lanson-BCC representing 5.03% of the group's capital.


ORPEA : Care homes company on Friday announced the opening of an accelerated safeguard procedure by the specialised Commercial Court of Nanterre, adding that implementation of the capital increases envisaged in the context of its financial restructuring plan was expected to be completed in the second half of 2023 and would result in a massive dilution for the
existing shareholders.


PHARMING GROUP : The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on Friday approved Pharming Group's drug to treat a rare genetic disorder that leads to a weakened immune system, the Dutch company said.

The European Union and Germany have reached a deal to allow vehicles with internal combustion engines to be newly registered after 2035 if they fill up exclusively with CO2-neutral fuels, officials said on Saturday.
