MUMBAI, March 29 (Reuters) - India's Avanse Financial
Services has accepted bids worth 750 million rupees ($9.12
million) for bonds maturing in three years and three months, two
merchant bankers said on Wednesday.
The non-banking financial company will pay an annual coupon
of 9.65% on the issue and had invited commitment bids from
bankers and investors on Tuesday, they added.
The bonds are rated A+ by CARE Ratings, and the issue will
be settled later in the day.
In January, the company raised 1 billion rupees for bonds
maturing in three years at an annual coupon of 9.25%.
($1 = 82.2020 Indian rupees)
