The bonds are rated AAA by CRISIL and CARE Ratings and the issue will be settled later this week. In January, HDFC Credila raised 2 billion rupees through perpetual bonds at an annual coupon of 8.15%, and this issue had a call option at end of 10 years. MUMBAI, March 28 (Reuters) - India's HDFC Credila
Financial Services has accepted bids worth 3 billion rupees
($36.47 million) for bonds maturing in five years, three
merchant bankers said on Tuesday.
The company will pay an annual coupon of 8.25% on the issue
for which it has invited bids from bankers and investors earlier
in the day.
