MUMBAI, March 28 (Reuters) - India's Tata Capital Housing Finance has
accepted bids worth 5 billion rupees ($60.87 million) for reissue of 8.15%
October 2031 bonds, three merchant bankers said on Friday.
The housing financier will offer a yield of 8.06% for this issue, and had
invited bids from bankers and investors earlier in the day, they said.
The bonds are rated AAA by CRISIL, and the issue will be settled later this
week.
In February, the company had raised 1.50 billion rupees through a reissue of
6.50% June 2026 bonds.
