Ugandan shilling weakens on soaring importer demand

KAMPALA, March 28 (Reuters) - The Ugandan shilling weakened on Tuesday, undermined by elevated appetite for foreign currency from importers and interbank players, traders said. At 0841 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,772/3,782, compared to Monday's close of 3,765/3,775.
