MUMBAI, March 29 (Reuters) - India's Godrej & Boyce
plans to raise funds selling commercial papers maturing in three
months, three merchant bankers said on Wednesday.
The company will offer a yield of 7.30% on the issue, and
has received commitments worth 2 billion rupees ($24.29 million)
the bankers said.
The notes are rated A1+ by CRISIL and have a value date in
April.
