Med crude-Urals differentials stable, Russia's Rosneft signs new supply deals with India's IOC

MOSCOW, March 29 (Reuters) - Urals crude oil differentials to dated Brent were unchanged on Wednesday, while Russia's Rosneft announced new supply deals with Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) .
* Rosneft and IOC have signed a term agreement to substantially increase oil supplies and diversify oil grades delivered to India, Rosneft said on Wednesday.
* IOC has been one of the major buyers of Rosneft's Urals oil since the last year, replacing big western buyers that had stopped purchases amid sanctions.
* India remains a main buyer of Urals oil seaborne cargoes in March.
* Russian oil production fell by around 300,000 barrels per day (bpd) in the first three weeks of March as Moscow reduces output in the face of Western sanctions, two sources familiar with the data told Reuters on Wednesday. PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC Blend in the Platts window on Wednesday, traders said. NEWS
* Large inflows of Russian crude oil and refined products have boosted tank storage demand at the United Arab Emirates' Fujairah, pushing storage fees at the transit and blending hub to all-time highs in the first quarter, industry sources said.
* Producers have shut in or reduced output at several oilfields in the semi-autonomous Kurdistan region of northern Iraq following a halt to the northern export pipeline, company statements showed, with more outages on the horizon.
