AIRBUS / ATOS : The planemaker confirmed it will no longer pursue discussions about a potential acquisition of a minority stake in Atos' Evidian.

ARCELORMITTAL :

The group announced a Memorandum of Understanding with Bamesa to explore ways of reducing scope 3 emissions and testing the use of recycled steel in low-carbon emissions products.

HAL HOLDING : The investment company posted 2022 net income of 647 million euros, against 4.27 billion a year earlier, adding the drop was mostly due to a capital gain of 3.5 billion euros earned in 2021.

KINEPOLIS : The Belgian cinema operator on Wednesday said it acquired the company Pathé Belfort SAS.
