MOSCOW, March 30 (Reuters) - Urals crude oil differentials to dated
Brent remained stable on Thursday, while oil exports from Russia's Black Sea
Novorossiisk port were expected to rise in April.
* Oil loadings from Novorossiisk will rise to 2.66 million tonnes in April
from
2.18 million tonnes in the March plan, said two sources familiar with the plan.
* On a daily basis, loadings will rise 26% in April from the March plan,

window on Thursday, traders said.
