BUDAPEST, March 31 (Reuters) - Hungary's central bank
said that it would hold a 6-day deposit tender on Friday to
support banks' liquidity management at the end of the quarter,
along with its daily quick deposit tender.
The bank also said in a statement that on April 4 it would
hold a variable-rate deposit tender with a maturity on May 4.
The tenders are aimed at strengthening monetary transmission.
