Poland's Q4 current account deficit revised to 2.665 bln euros

March 31 (Reuters) - Poland's central bank revised the current account balance in the fourth quarter to a deficit of 2.665 billion euros ($2.90 billion) from a deficit of 2.810 billion euros indicated by preliminary monthly data, the bank said on Friday.
