MOSCOW, March 31 (Reuters) - Russia's central bank on
Friday said it was extending restrictions on transferring funds
abroad by six months to Sept. 30.
The move was promised earlier this month by Central Bank
Governor Elvira Nabiullina. The bank already extended
restrictions on withdrawing foreign currency.
