SANTANDER Spain's Santander reiterated its 2023 financial targets despite the recent turmoil in the banking sector. CELLNEX Spain's Cellnex is close to hiring an adviser to help tackle demands made by hedge fund TCI, which has urged the company to reshuffle its board, sources with knowledge of the discussions told Reuters. FERROVIAL Ferrovial said on Thursday that it won a contract to build a floating photovoltaic plant in Madrid for 2.1 million euros
($2.29 million). ACCIONA Spanish giant Acciona discussed with the Sao Paulo government on Thursday the possibility of new investments in projects in basic sanitation as well as the Intercity Train - which will connect the state capital to Campinas, according to a press release from the Sao Paulo state government. Separately, the company said that it created a joint venture to develop green hydrogen projects with the German firm Nordex .
