ISTANBUL, March 31 (Reuters) - Here are news, reports and events that may affect Turkish financial markets on Friday. The lira traded at 19.1750 against the dollar at 0415 GMT, little changed from a close of 19.1720 on Thursday. The main BIST 100 share index closed 0.95% lower at 4,896.07 points on Thursday.


GLOBAL MARKETS Asian shares were headed for a second quarterly gain on Friday while bonds were enjoying the best month since 2008, but the market was braced for a stormy session after an upside surprise in German CPI raised the stakes for U.S. inflation data.


TURKEY RATIFIES FINLAND'S NATO BID Turkey's parliament approved a bill on Thursday to allow Finland to join NATO, clearing the way for the country to become part of the Western defence alliance as war rages in Ukraine. ERDOGAN PROGRAMME President Tayyip Erdogan will attend a groundbreaking ceremony for earthquake housing in the southeastern Gaziantep province.


FOREIGN TRADE DATA The Turkish Statistical Institute will announce foreign trade data for February (0700 GMT).


BORROWING PROGRAMME Turkey's Treasury will announce its borrowing programme for April, May and June.
