LONDON, March 31 (Reuters) - British house prices fell
3.1% in annual terms in March, the biggest such decline since
2009, mortgage lender Nationwide said on Friday.
Compared with February this year, prices were 0.8% lower.
Economists polled by Reuters had expected prices to fall by
2.2% from a year earlier and by 0.3% in monthly terms.
