HANOI, March 31 (Reuters) - Vietnam's central bank on
Friday announced it will from Monday cut its refinance rate by
50 basis points to 5.5%, it said in a statement.
The State Bank of Vietnam said it would keep the discount
rate unchanged at 3.5%.
