West African monetary union forecasts economic growth of 7% in 2024, up from 6.5% in 2023

DAKAR, April 3 (Reuters) - The eight-member West African monetary union (UEMOA) will see combined economic growth of 7% in 2024 versus 6.5% forecast for 2023, it said in a statement on Monday.
