MOSCOW, April 4 (Reuters) - Urals crude oil differentials to dated Brent
were unchanged on Tuesday, while exports from Ust-Luga port for April 1-10 were
planned in line with loadings during the same period of March.
* Russian Urals oil exports from the Baltic Ust-Luga port are seen at 1.0
million
tonnes for April 1-10, unchanged from the same period in March, two sources
familiar with the loadings said on Tuesday.
* April-loading cargoes of Azeri BTC crude oil were mostly placed with end
buyers,
while traders expected the loading plan for May to emerge later this week.
PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC Blend in the
Platts
window on Tuesday, traders said.
NEWS
* Iraq's federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG)
signed a
temporary agreement on Tuesday to restart northern oil exports through Turkey,
as part of a broader deal to end decades of political and economic disputes.
* Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev named Almasadam Satkaliyev,
previously
head of the oil-rich Central Asian nation's sovereign fund, as energy minister
on Tuesday, the president's office said.
