Japan Feb household spending rises 1.6% year/year

TOKYO, April 7 (Reuters) - Japanese household spending rose 1.6% in February from a year earlier, government data showed on Friday, lower than a median market forecast for a 4.3% rise. On a seasonally adjusted, month-on-month basis, household spending decreased 2.4%, larger than an estimated 0.4% drop.
