MOSCOW, April 6 (Reuters) - Urals crude oil
differentials to dated Brent were steady on Thursday, while most
of the cargoes from the April loading plan had found buyers,
traders said.
* Iraq's northern oil exports to Turkey have not yet
resumed,
sources told Reuters on Thursday, leaving several fields shut in
the semi-autonomous Kurdistan region.

* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC
Blend in
the Platts window on Thursday, traders said.
