Romania Q4 GDP +4.5% y/y vs preliminary estimate +4.6% - stats board

April 7 (Reuters) - Romania's economy rose 4.5% on the year in the fourth quarter, the National Statistics Board (INS) said on Friday, below a preliminary estimate of 4.6%, while domestic consumption grew 5.5%.


On a quarterly basis, GDP rose 1.0% in seasonally adjusted terms in October-December, data showed.
