MUMBAI, April 10 (Reuters) - India's Bajaj Housing
Finance plans to raise at least 5 billion rupees ($60.99
million) through reissue of 7.9237% March 2026 bonds, three
merchant bankers said on Monday.
The company has invited bids from bankers and investors for
Wednesday, they said.
The notes are rated AAA by Crisil, and the issue will be
settled on Thursday.
The issue has a greenshoe option to retain an additional 20
billion rupees.
