Med crude-Urals diffs stable in muted trade

MOSCOW, April 11 (Reuters) - Urals crude oil differentials were steady on Tuesday, while market players wait to see Russia's loading plans for its Western ports in May after Moscow announced voluntary production cuts of 500,000 barrels per day until the end of the year.


* Kazakhstan has started arbitration proceedings against companies developing its Kashagan and Karachaganak oilfields over $13 billion and $3.5 billion respectively in costs deducted as part of profit-sharing deals. PLATTS WINDOW
* No bids or offers were made for Urals, Azeri BTC or CPC Blend in the Platts window on Tuesday, traders said. NEWS
* Kazakhstan produced 7.81 million tonnes of oil and gas condensate in March, up from 7.08 million tonnes in February.
