SANTANDER Santander will increase its stake in Santander Mexico to 99.8% from 96.2% through a tender offer it made on the shares which expired on Monday. TECNICAS REUNIDAS Tecnicas Reunidas said it had launched a capital increase for up to 150 million euros ($163.25 million). FERROVIAL Norway's sovereign fund will oppose Spanish engineering firm Ferrovial's controversial plan to relocate to the Netherlands during the firm's shareholders meeting to be held on Thursday.
