BRASILIA, April 12 (Reuters) - Brazil's central bank
governor Roberto Campos Neto said on Wednesday that inflation
has decreased, but persistent pressures remain, highlighting
that the demand-driven component of inflation in the country
remains "relatively strong."
In a presentation to investors, he further noted that
long-term inflation expectations were anchored towards official
targets in 2022, but there has been a deterioration process
since November.
