India New Issue-Delhi International Airport accepts bids for 7-yr bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, April 12 (Reuters) - India's Delhi International Airport has accepted bids worth 12 billion Indian rupees ($146.27 million) for bonds maturing in seven years, three merchant bankers said on Wednesday. The company will pay a coupon of 9.75% on this issue, and this would be payable on a quarterly basis, they said. It had invited bids from investors and bankers earlier in the day and the issue will be settled on Thursday.


This was the first issue by the company in this financial year and is rated A+ by ICRA.
