India New Issue-NIIF Infra Finance to reissue Aug 2031 bonds - bankers

MUMBAI, April 13 (Reuters) - NIIF Infrastructure Finance plans to raise at least 1.5 billion rupees ($18.30 million) through the reissue of 7.17% August 2031 bonds, three bankers said on Thursday. The company has invited bids from investors and bankers on Monday for the bond reissue, they said.


The reissue also has a greenshoe option to retain an additional subscription of up to 2.5 billion rupees.


The bonds are rated AAA by CARE and the issue will be settled later next week.


In March, the company raised 3.60 billion rupees through the reissue of 7.25% February 2031 bonds.
